They say good people drink good beer and eat great food. Well, that’s not all. Good people forge new paths to try to do what’s right. We partner with organizations that support our vision, provide local ingredients, practice sustainability and contribute to the community. Feels good doesn’t it?
ODELL BREWING CO
Founded in 1989, Odell Brewing was started by Doug Odell, his wife Wynne, and his sister Corkie. Today, the culture of family and collaboration still thrives, fostering a brewery full of beer-centric people. It is this passion for beer that inspires Odell Brewing to create quality, hand-crafted, innovative brews. As a regional craft brewery, Odell Brewing is committed to serving the communities in which they distribute by sourcing local raw materials, minimizing their environmental impact, and through their charitable giving program known as Odell Outreach.
HORSE & DRAGON
Through great flavors and happy craft beer experiences, we hope to help bring more people together in the Fort Collins brewery community and in the larger community of craft beer. Horse & Dragon’s head brewer is Linsey Cornish, who is creating recipes that play with the balance between sweet malts, bitter hops, and several other fun and fanciful ingredients. Reflective of the balance we’re all striving for in life, craft beer strikes different balances between these flavors and is a constant adventure for the palate.
BLACK BOTTLE BREWERY
The mission at Black Bottle Brewery is to create world-class and unique handcrafted ales and lagers. Going against the grain of the traditional craft brewing industry, BBB prides itself on the use of radical ingredients, brewing styles and techniques. You’ll find nothing ordinary about their beers, or their staff for that matter.
FOOD BANK FOR LARIMER COUNTY
The Food Bank for Larimer County’s mission is to provide food to all in need through community partnerships and hunger-relief programs. They are a member of Feeding America, the nation’s largest food bank and food rescue network and are the only Feeding America clearing house for donated food in Larimer County.
The Downtown Fort Collins Business Association and member businesses have worked together to bring this dining tradition to our community. Dining enthusiasts will be encouraged to celebrate the authenticity, quality and diversity found only in Downtown Fort Collins at Great Plates of Downtown 2016. Over thirty downtown restaurants will offer amazing evening dining specials for a full two weeks.
